Malay Massage & Wrap

I tried Balinese massage and wrap last Saturday and Sunday. The masseuse came and gave me the treatments at home, it is very convenient. Although the massage was quite painful and the wrap was tight and uncomfortable, they worked so well! My lower abdomen went back a lot.

土曜日曜と、バリニーズマッサージ&ラップをしてもらいました。家に来てもらえるので便利です。マッサージはけっこうな痛さだし、ラップは胸の下から恥骨の上までキツキツにグルグル巻かれて苦しかったけど、その分効果はてきめん、下腹がかなりへっこみました。

Dixons visited us last Sunday with their boys. We had lots of guests, there were about 30 of them in total last week. Lots of friends helped us throughout first week with Haru. Thank you so much, everybody!

日曜日はディクソン夫婦が子供も連れて遊びに来てくれました。先週一週間のゲストは全部で約３０人！ハルと初めての一週間、友達が食べ物やら赤ちゃん用品やらいろいろ持って来てくれて、とても助かりました。みんな本当にどうもありがとう！
